plant.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Licensed Civil Engineer

Pollution Control Officer – Subic based

This person is responsible for the facility’s compliance to
environmental laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Preferably licensed Chemical or Environmental

· With accreditation as Pollution Control Officer
· With at least 5 years relevant practice and 2 years
hands-on supervisory experience
· With knowledge and understanding of

This person is responsible for planning, organizing and

Operational Risk Manager – Makati based

This person is responsible to support Strategic Business Units
(SBU) in implementing operational risk management specific
to the industry to further enhance the SBUs ability to meet
short term and long term corporate objectives.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Graduate of any 4 year course
· With at least 5 years relevant experience
· With detailed knowledge of the general tools and
techniques of risk management

Maintenance Supervisor

This person is responsible for development, standardization,
implementation and monitoring/analysis of core maintenance

plants (forced outage rate, availability, maintenance hours,
maintenance cost, etc.).
The job requires the following competencies:
· Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer

Admin Assistant – Makati based

This person is responsible for providing administrative
support to a Department and/or Executives through the
performance of general clerical and project based work.

Oracle Applications Admin – Makati based

This person is responsible in ensuring availability and
integrity of Oracle ERP Applications and in delivering on time
