CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Will report to the Civil Construction Manager and will be responsible for the day to day civil construction activities on out Greenfield Hydro sites. Duties would include construction supervision, inspection, approvals, programming & planning, daily reporting, instruction to contractors, meeting management, coordination between contractors, coordination with liaison activities & safety supervision to ensure the successful implementation and construction of green-field Hydropower Projects
                                                               
Qualifications:
·         Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
·         Must have at least eight (8) years experience in management, supervision and coordination of the engineering processes for the design, planning, implementation & delivery of new hydroelectric projects and optimisation of existing hydropower facilities.
·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Will report to the Mechanical Construction Manager and will be responsible for the day to day electro-mechanical construction activities on out Greenfield Hydro sites. Duties would include fabrication & installation supervision of mechanical equipment, inspection, approvals, programming & planning, daily reporting, instruction to contractors, meeting management, coordination between contractors, coordination with liaison activities & safety supervision to ensure the successful implementation and commissioning of the mechanical and electrical components of green-field Hydropower Projects
                                                               
Qualifications:
·         Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
·         Must have at least eight (8) years experience in management, supervision and coordination of the engineering processes for the design, planning, implementation & delivery of the electro mechanical services of new hydroelectric projects and optimisation of existing hydropower facilities.
·      Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

Will report to the Engineering & Construction Manager and will be responsible for desktop investigations,   feasibility design, site investigations, geological investigations, survey, detailed designs, drawing production, estimates, construction methodology, and implementation of green-field Hydropower Projects to ensure safe and timely delivery of quality products within agreed budgets.

Qualifications:
·         Must be a licensed Civil or Mechanical Engineer.
·         Must have at least ten (10) years experience in management, supervision and coordination of the engineering processes for the design, planning, implementation & delivery of new hydroelectric projects and optimisation of existing hydropower facilities.
·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).
·        





CIVIL (HYDRO) DESIGN & SURVEY ENGINEER

Will report to the Engineering & Construction Manager and will be responsible for the design and survey of the civil components of a Hydropower Project.  The position requires full knowledge in hydraulic and structural analysis & design, survey works, estimating, and drafting.

Qualifications:
·         Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
·         Must have at least two (2) years experience in Hydropower or any related Civil Engineering field, preferably in Water Resources Engineering.
·         Must have at least five (5) years experience in doing analysis, designs, estimates, surveys and drafting works in the field of Civil Engineering.
·         Must be proficient in ACAD and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project)
·         Must have adequate experience in establishing Design Criteria, Design Assumptions and Methods of Design.
·         With good knowledge of the Engineering Codes, Standards and Practices.
·         Positions offered will depend on the number of years of experience of the applicants.
·         Applicants with minimum experience may still apply.
·         Willing to do fieldworks.

PROJECT COST ESTIMATOR

Will report to the Engineering & Construction Manager and will be responsible for developing and carrying out the estimating functions. The position requires full knowledge in putting together cost plans, estimates, and tender documents for a Hydropower Project.

Qualifications:
·         Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
·         Must have at least five (5) years experience in project estimating and tendering.
·         Must be proficient in ACAD and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project).
Willing to do fieldworks

GEOLOGY/ GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER

Will report to the Engineering & Construction Manager and will be responsible for the geological mapping & review, engineering geology and geotechnical investigation of a Hydropower Project. The position requires full knowledge in planning, gathering, interpretation and utilisation of geotechnical data for hydropower projects.

Qualifications:
·         Must be a licensed Geologist/ Geotechnical Engineer.
·         Must have at least ten (10) years experience in supervising geotechnical investigations and competent in undertaking geotechnical analysis and design.
·         Must be proficient in ACAD and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project).
·         With good knowledge of the Engineering Codes, Standards and Practices.
·         Must have adequate experience in establishing Design Criteria and Design Assumptions related to Engineering Geology and Geotechnical Engineering.
·         Willing to do fieldworks.


DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

Will report to the Engineering & Construction Manager and will be responsible for the document control of a project. The position requires experience in manual/computerised document control in a construction/engineering environment.

Qualifications:
·         Candidates must have attained a bachelor’s degree.
·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Flow chart applications).
·         Must have at least five (5) years of experience in management systems documentation and document control in a construction/engineering environment.


SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (TRANSMISSION LINE DESIGNER)

Will report to the Electrical Manager and will be responsible for the design of high voltage transmission line. The position requires a full understanding of the grid and the grids operation specifically in the installation and commissioning of transmission and substation.

Qualifications:
·         Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
·         Must have at least five (5) years experience in transmission and substation design.
·         Must have at least five (5) years experience in the installation and commissioning of LV and HV transmission and substation electrical systems.
·         Must be proficient in ACAD and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (RELAY ENGINEER)

Will report to the Electrical Manager and will be responsible for the installation, programming, testing, and commissioning of protective relays. The position requires full knowledge in short circuit calculation, relay coordination and testing, and commissioning of protective relays.

Qualifications:
·         Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer.
·         Must have at least five (5) years experience in relaying.
·         Must have at least five (5) years experience in the installation and commissioning of protective relays.
·         Must be proficient in ACAD and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project).

JUNIOR AUDITOR

Will report to the Senior Auditor and will be responsible for evaluating the soundness, adequacy, efficiency, and effectiveness of existing internal controls of financial and operating systems.

Qualifications:
·         Must be a graduate of Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
·         Preferably with auditing experience (financial, operations, information systems audits).
·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).
·         Background on electronic data processing system is an advantage.
·         Willing to travel.


CORPORATE PLANNING SPECIALISTS

Will report to the AVP-Corporate and Regulatory Affairs and will be responsible in information gathering, reports analysis and preparation, records management, and proper implementation of the company’s operating budget.

Qualifications:
·         Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer or BS Economics graduate.
·         Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
·         Must possess strong analytical skills.
·         Preferably with knowledge in the Power Industry.

IT SUPPORT ENGINEER

The person will be responsible for the administration of the company’s Local Area Network operations, maintenance and optimization including its composite computer hardware and software systems.

Qualifications:

·         Must be a graduate of BSIT or any related course
·         Must have at least two years experience in structured cabling and networking
·         Must be proficient in Windows 2003 Server Administration
·         Must be proficient in Windows XP OS set-up and configuration
·         Must be proficient in TCP/IP Networking
·         Must be proficient in computer hardware installation and configuration
·         Preferably with background in configuration of network switches and routers

POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER

Will report to the Vice President and will be responsible for the implementation and monitoring of environmental management programs.

Qualifications:
·         Must be an accredited PCO and a graduate of Environmental Science or Environmental Engineering.
·         Preferably with experience in Environmental Management Systems particularly in the areas of nursery, agriculture, and watershed management.
·         Preferably with experience in environmental regulatory compliance and permitting.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

FORESTER

Will report to the Pollution Control Officer and will be responsible for monitoring contract compliance of forestry activities to assure adherence to government regulations.

Qualifications:
·         Must be a graduate of Forest Ecology, Forest Management, or other related natural resource sciences.
·         Must have knowledge or experience in Forest Management practices.
·         Can prepare technical forestry studies and reports.
·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
