Power Plant Construction-Coal Fired

Civil Site Manager – Subic based
This person is responsible for the engineering review
obligations under the Engineering Procurement &
Construction (EPC) contract and other project contracts.
He will oversee the construction activities to ensure that
project is completed in accordance to the plans and
specifications.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Licensed Civil Engineer
· Preferably with experience in the construction of a
coal-fired power plant
· Minimum 10 yrs experience in construction of
large multi-contractor projects


Civil Site Supervisor – Subic based
This person will assists the Civil Site Manager in the
engineering review obligations under the Engineering
Procurement & Construction (EPC) contract and other
project contracts. He will provide regular reports on the
civil work activities particularly the site development,
foundation works, structural works, off shore jetty, retaining
wall and construction of the plant.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Licensed Civil Engineer
· Preferably with experience in the construction of a
coal-fired power plant.
· Minimum 5 yrs experience in construction of large
multi-contractor projects

Accounting/Admin Officer – Makati/Subic based
This person is responsible for ensuring accuracy and
timeliness in recording financial transactions in compliance
with accounting standards, tax, statutory requirements and
corporate policies.
He/she will also perform administrative functions such as
office supplies procurement, logistics arrangement for
traveling members, coordination with internal and external
partners, etc.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Must be a CPA
· With at least 2 yrs of relevant experience
· Able to generate and analyze different Accounting
reports
· Preferably with background in handling customs
related matters

HR Specialist – Makati based

This person is responsible in the study of HR strategic
initiatives to be implemented across the group.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Bachelor’s degree holder preferably in Psychology,
Industrial Psychology, Behavioral studies, or any
related course
· At least 3 years experience in handling different
facets of Human Resource Management, preferably
compensation and benefits planning
