Job Specifications:
Lead, direct and manage all business development activities to meet the
organization’s short and long term business strategies and objectives.
1. Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or
strategically important business opportunities such as sales, projects,
consulting engagements, partnerships, alliances, mergers or acquisition
that will contribute to the Pilmico’s short and long-term business
objectives/goals.
2. Contribute to the strategic planning and decision-making at the board
level to develop and implement a business development strategy that
aligns with the Pilmico’s overall vision and its current long-term
business goals.
3. Analyze and Evaluate the findings of market research or analysis
projects, Assess viability of alternative opportunities, and present
recommendations to top executives or the Board.
4. Develop a network of potential clients, customers, partners, key
decision-makers, and industry leaders (for example government or
industry associations) that will be relevant to the

Qualifications Required:
Minimum of 5 years work experience in Business Development at least
in a managerial capacity preferrably in a food or food-related
industry.
Background in financial services, investment banking, management
consulting or operations management is an advantage.
