Broad understanding of geothermal drilling technology, best field practices and equipment, geothermal well work over techniques and related materials
Broad understanding of geothermal reservoir formations, systems and related geology
Experience in production and injection well testing, reservoir engineering, and geochemistry.
Experience in management and operation of geothermal fluid handling systems, piping, control and instrumentation systems and equipment
Experienced in evaluation of reservoir, surface equipment improvements, repairs and maintenance techniques
Experience in preparation and evaluation of field operation and maintenance budgets, capex and opex expendatures.
Will be responsible for:
Review and evaluation of proposals for reservoir improvements, well repair proposals and related activities.
Review and oversight of ongoing project activities and progress reports.
Review and evaluate resource assessments, surface fluid handling equipment and hydraulic conditions
Reports to: SVP Operations
Manila Based, Laguna and Albay travel expected
2. HR Training Officer (
Job description:
I. Summary:
Provide supervision, support, and coordination of the Human Resources and Quality Department’s training objectives, plans, programs, and activities.
II. Primary Responsibilities:
1. Develop training policies and procedures and recommend the implementation of these to the HR Manager. 2. Research, analyze, and develop training requirements of the company and its employees. 3. Develop and recommend to the HR Manager training plans and programs for the whole company in conformance with the training requirements. 4. Recommend to the HR Manager the budgetary requirements of training plans and programs. 5. Educate the company’s executives, managers, and employees of the training plans and programs. 6. Ensure training programs are aligned with company policies and directives. 7. Ensure compliance in the conduct of these training plans and programs by arranging the venue, date, participation, and other coordinative works. 8. Coordinate and schedule the conduct of trainings that are identified in the Aboitiz corporate HR Universal Training Program. 9. Coordinate and schedule the conduct of trainings that are identified by APRI corporate HQ.
10. Conduct, schedule, supervise, record, and evaluate HR training modules at all sites. 11. Evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs; 12. Identify and source out training modules or seminar events that are needed by the company.
13. Source out and evaluate third party training contractors and recommend their engagement. 14. Identify and procure the necessary training materials. 15. Perform such other functions that may be identified and assigned by the HR Manager.
III. Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
1. College degree related to Human Management , Communication Arts, Business. 2. Knowledge of HR activities especially in training for at least 5 years. 3. Demonstrates practical knowledge of training applications and methodologies. 4. Ability to identify skills set requirements.
5. With experience in training research and analysis. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 7. Can work independently within a team environment.. 8. Computer literate using MS software, and knowledge in the use of internet and other business machines. Can interact with all levels of employees.
