Civil Site Supervisor – Subic based
This person will assist the Civil Site Manager in the engineering
review obligations under the Engineering Procurement &
Construction (EPC) contract and other project contracts. He
will provide regular reports on the civil work activities
particularly the site development, foundation works, structural
works, off shore jetty, retaining wall and construction of the
plant.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Licensed Civil Engineer
· Minimum 5 yrs experience in construction of large
multi-contractor projects
· Preferably with experience in the construction of a
coal-fired power plant.
HR Manager – Davao based
This person is responsible for the planning of the human
resources function. In-charge in ensuring competitive practices
in the different HR functions such as recruitment and training,
compensation and benefits, employee relations, labor
relations, organization development and performance
management, formulation, administration, development,
implementation, and enforcement of Policies, Rules,
Regulations, Programs and Activities related to the human
resource of the company.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Degree in Business, Behavioral Science or Psychology
· At least 5 years experience in full range of Human
Resource Management
· Proficient in Oral and Written Communication and
knowledgeable in Labor Laws
Planning Manager – Davao based
This person is responsible in facilitating requirements for
regulatory compliance, power supply contracts management
and planning and approval of projects by the different
government entities.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Candidate must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
· With at least 5 years experience in planning,
production preferably in a power plant
· Must possess strong analytical, planning and
negotiation skills
· With strong leadership capabilities
Safety Manager – Davao based
This person is responsible in promoting, formulation and
implementation of the company’s safety and health programs,
monitoring physical and health hazards, environmental,
chemical and biological hazards, identifying and correcting
unsafe acts and conditions and formulating emergency
preparedness program.
The job requires the following competencies
· Must be a graduate of any engineering course,
preferably with experience in Occupational Health and
Safety Practices
· Can facilitate training programs
· Extensive travel required
Information Security Officer – Baguio based
This person is responsible for administering and implementing
information security systems and in overseeing network
security.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Must be a graduate of BSICS, BSIT, or BSCS.
· With skills in Information Technology Auditing
· With knowledge in Information Security Management
Systems and proficient in IT general controls
· Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and
Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) is an
advantage.
· Preferably with 2 - 3 years relevant experience
Strategic Planning Manager – Makati based
This person is responsible in facilitating, monitoring and
guiding teams in the organization’s strategic planning.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Graduate of Economics or Industrial Engineering

OD Specialist – Makati based
This person is responsible in culture building and updating and
analysis of Table of Organization.
The job requires the following competencies:

This person is responsible for preparing management reports,
data and financial analysis, profitability and financial

This person is responsible for providing high level secretarial
and administrative support for the Executives including
travel arrangements; organizing and monitoring all incoming

· With at least 1 year relevant experience

Community Relations Specialist - Makati based
The person is mainly responsible to liaison with the government
agencies for projects proposal and implementation.

Sr. Electrical Engineer - Baguio based
This person will be responsible for the installation, programming,
testing, and commissioning of substation and switchboard
equipment. The position requires full knowledge in designing,
estimating, drafting and documenting.
The job requires the following competencies:
· Must be a licensed Electrical Engineer
· With at least three (3) years experience in
substation/switchboard planning and design, protective
relays, meters, power circuit breakers and other
switchboard equipment installation and commissioning
· Proficient in ACAD and Microsoft Office Applications

This person is responsible in developing, facilitating, and
executing risk management processes and policies of the
company.
