Requirements:
· Posses a degree in mechanical/chemical engineering or equivalent professional engineering qualification.
· Engineers with minimum three (3) years working experience in power plant engineering/consultancy.
· “Hands-on” experience in the design of either Water/Steam cycle systems, Main cooling water system, fuel system, water supply & dosing systems and product engineering of equipment.
· Self motivated with a proactive attitude.
· Able to work in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision.
· Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:
· Ensure fulfillment of design, quality, constructability and functionality of the scope of supply and services according to the tender/project requirements.

LEAD ENGINEER

· At least three (3) “hands-on” experience in the power plant engineering and design either in water/steam cycle or mechanical balance of plant systems & equipment.

· Good coordination and interface management skills.
· Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English.
Job Description:
· Manage his/her engineering scope of supply and services in the project team
· Lead a team of project engineers for his/her scope of supply and services
· Coordinate with the Project Engineering Manager and the other project Lead Engineers’ the engineering information flow.
· Ensure fulfillment of design, quality, constructability and functionality of the scope of supply and services according to the project requirements.
· Good knowledge of conceptual design and basic engineering of mechanical systems and equipment.
· Ensure scope completeness, technical integrity and cost for the defined scope.
· Plan and conduct Design Reviews and the Design Freeze
· Ensure on time delivery of specific engineering documentation according to project requirements.
· Support the site during construction & commissioning and warranty.
SENIOR ENGINEERS
(ELECTRICAL)

Requirements:
· Posses a degree in electrical engineering or equivalent professional engineering qualification.
· Engineers with minimum five (5) years working experience in power plant engineering/consultancy. Candidates with additional years of relevant experience would be considered for Lead Engineer positions.
· Preferably in the design of LV transformers, MV/LV switchgears, UPS/DC batteries, Diesel Gen-set and Cable systems.
· Self motivated with a proactive attitude.
· Able to work in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good command of written and spoken English.

· Minimum 5 years working experience in power plant engineering/consulting/operation or related industries preferably in engineering of power plant electrical systems and equipment.
· Self motivated with a proactive attitude.
· Able to work in a teamwork environment with minimum supervision.

Job Description:
· Supporting the Tender Engineering Managers in tender project strategy and technical presentations.
· Coordination with other functions, sub-suppliers and external partners during the tender process
· Analysis of the Customer’s tender documentation to identify specific technical requirements, technical clarification/deviation and technical risks for defined scope
· Provide optimized engineering solution regarding concepts and cost for the defined scope.
· Preparation of technical documentation for enquiry at tender process.
· Technical evaluation and negotiation with supplier.
· Provide scope completeness, technical integrity and cost for the defined scope.
· Preparation of tender technical documentation.
· Participate in technical negotiation with the Customer.
· Handover of successful projects to the execution team.
